OUR STORY

With a lifelong passion for food, I love creating bespoke, unique and delicious meals. My kitchen career began in pubs in 1978 and in 2016, whilst running a pub, I was asked if I could provide shoot lunches. "Of course!" was my reply, "you are welcome here any time." No, the gentleman wanted me to come to them and cater for their lunches, but they had no facilities whatsoever! This got me thinking and hence I had built for me a fully equipped, mobile kitchen.

Since 2018, I have fed thousands of diners with delicious, innovative food. I pride myself on pleasing the most diverse and picky palates on a budget. We're thrilled that our customers keep returning for more, year on year.

I have provided meals in barns, farm yards, in a Victorian milking shed and even in the middle of a field.
